Kathleen Konsulis is a creative, collaborative and self-directed graphic designer with a knack for delivering satisfying, exciting projects while providing value beyond her engaging artwork. In addition to having expert technical skill in Adobe Creative Suite, Kathleen can scrutinize her own work to create beautiful designs, and manages projects from brainstorming to finished piece - organizing and strategizing each step of the way. Her experience with consumer and business to business clients, in industries such as telecommunications, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, music, non-profit, electronics, and healthcare enables her to deliver market-appropriate solutions. Kathleen values timely delivery of work, holds herself accountable to commitments, prides herself in her work ethic, and aims to make a day at the office enjoyable for everyone.
With art and design always a part of her life, Kathleen Konsulis pursued a degree in Textile Design at the University of Rhode Island.
After college, Kathleen was hired as assistant to the Art Director at Sandy Okin Design then as Graphics Manager at HW Exhibits, a custom exhibit house.
Kathleen was hired by KH Advertising, a full-service integrated marketing agency, as a Graphic Designer. She was promoted to Art Director and was responsible for all design produced by the agency for over twelve years. At KH Advertising, Kathleen worked with internationally recognized companies including Ricola, Panasonic and Philips Lighting to name a few.
In 2012, Kathleen was hired by Saint Clare’s Health System, a non-profit organization consisting of three hospitals, multiple satellite facilities, over 15 departments, and more than 1,500 employees. At Saint Clare’s, Kathleen enabled the marketing department to bring all ad concepting and design in-house by taking responsibility for these functions while supporting internal communication with graphic design.
Kathleen began working for Caladrius Biosciences and their subsidiary, PCT, a life science company and contract manufacturer, respectively, in 2015. Kathleen supported the acquisition of PCT by Hitachi Chemical by developing and writing the company’s first brand guide and redesigning all visuals while working with executives, doctors and scientists to develop fund raising and research presentations. She also collaborated with Business Leaders to identify, launch, and reinforce corporate values.
Now at Verizon, Kathleen partners with SVPs, VPs and Directors across Business Excellence (BE), Business Excellence Consulting Services (BECS), and Quality Excellence (QE) on presentations to develop succinct storytelling and professional graphics for executive-level, strategic business initiatives.
